About Founder Rebs Baigent

Rather than arising from a single modality, her work is the result of carefully integrated training across therapeutic and spiritual disciplines. This breadth allows her to meet individuals with discernment and flexibility, responding to the complexity of each person’s experience with steadiness and respect.

Alongside her spiritual training, Rebs holds a professional background in Health and Social Sciences and has worked extensively within mental health settings, including leadership roles such as Manager of Specialised Care Services, Manager of Addiction Recovery Programs, Therapeutic Program Coordinator, Trauma informed Care & Crisis Intervention Educator. Her career has consistently centered on trauma-informed care, crisis support, education, and guiding individuals through significant life transitions.

This clinical and therapeutic foundation brings an additional layer of discernment and responsibility to her work — ensuring that profound spiritual healing is held with psychological awareness, ethical clarity, and respect for nervous system safety.

Rebs initially trained in Core Shamanism, Celtic Shamanism & Traditional Seidr practices but went on to study Andean Shamanism. She has been initiated as a P’aqo within the Peruvian Q’ero lineage & walks this path with humility, integrity, and reverence for the wisdom it carries. Her teachers have included Majella Fagan of the Wasaw Wacho of Don Juan Nuñez del Prado, Dr. Owen Roberts of the Kiko Wacho of Don Sebastian Apaza, and the Q’ero elders Don Ricardo Apaza Flores and Don Francisco Apaza Flores of Kolpa Kuchu, from whom she received the Mosoq Karpay initiation. She has also received the Chumpi Rites from Ivan Nuñez del Prado. Study through organisations such as Green Tara College in Ireland, the Scandinavian Center for Shamanic Studies, Shamanism Ireland, Arthur Finlay College, Feathers Healing & Awareness Center and other training institutes has supported the depth and integrity of her path, alongside years of dedicated experiential practice.
