Based in the Illawarra, Ember Within provides in-person and online sessions, supporting individuals both locally and beyond within a grounded and professionally held healing environment.
Ember Within is a professionally held space where depth can unfold safely.
It was created at the meeting point of shamanic healing and integrative, trauma-aware practice — a space where spiritual and psychological dimensions of healing are not separated, but woven together.
Here, ancient ways of working with soul, energy, and ancestral patterning are grounded in nervous system understanding, relational safety, and embodied awareness. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. What is real is welcomed.

Rather than following a prescriptive model, my approach honours the uniqueness of each individual. I meet you where you are — offering grounded guidance, intuitive insight, and integrative support that reflects your lived experience and inner landscape.
My work draws from extensive experience across somatic practice, shamanic healing, integrative therapies, and depth-oriented traditions. It bridges contemporary therapeutic understanding with ancient healing practices, holding both with care, discernment, and respect for the natural pace of healing.
