In this session, horses are invited — never required — to step into the healing field with you. When they choose to participate, they offer grounded awareness, instinctive clarity, and a powerful mirror for what is ready to shift. This work supports nervous system restoration, emotional release, and a return to your own deep truth through relational, intuitive, and spirit‑led connection.

Why horses…what’s the story?

I was on horseback before I could walk…

Horses were a huge part of my world and as a small child I was on the back of a horse before I was walking and then one morning around the age of 4 years old, I wandered into our garden to find a horse there…as if it had appeared overnight. The horse remained in our garden for a few days before an old English bobby peered over our fence, then came knocking on our door quite adamant that a horse could not live in a garden, and he was right. The issue was simple, my Dad had removed the horse from a back of a truck explaining that the horse was not going to be glue and he had taken it off the workers hands in exchange for cash. This was an unplanned event so my Dad walked the horse home with no time to work out what happened next. We found some stables and my horse remained there for the years to come. I got my first job mucking out stables and it goes on from there. Stables to riding schools, to ranches…I loved horses!

This offering provides direct healing for horses experiencing stress, trauma, behavioural shifts, or energetic imbalance. Through intuitive listening, somatic attunement, and spirit‑guided insight, your horse is supported to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their natural state of grounded presence.
